On Episode 216 I sit down with Scott Graham. Scott is a friend of mine from CrossFit Roots and you might recall my previous episode(#208) with his wife, Blakely Graham. If you enjoyed that conversation then you will most definitely enjoy my conversation with her other half.
Scott grew up in Texas but is not your stereotypical, "Howdy Ya'll, Texas Vs. Everybody" type of Texas guy. Scott was the President of the Juggling Club at UT-Austin and was also in a band called the Schlitz Quartz which only sang songs about beer. Scott worked at IBM for 25 years and is now semi-retired and searching for his next move. Scott joined CrossFit Roots in 2009 after being adamant about not joining "the cult". The rest is history. This conversation was a whole lot of fun and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did!
