Dr. Rodney Cooter a plastic surgeon in Adelaide in South Australia and Professor at the University of Adelaide. He is a former President of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as being a Past President of the International Confederation of Plastic Surgery Societies (ICOPLAST). He was also the lead coordinator of the Australian Breast Device Registry and founder of the International Collaboration of Breast Registry Activities (ICOBRA).
