In this podcast we discuss where back pain comes from in a deeper level. We look at the high possibility that your back has stored energies that are unfinished from a past life. It is still connected to some work or forgiveness based on a family oriented task or belief. Most pain is in the lower part of the back in the Sacral energy center where your childhood underpinnings are.
This episode will look at the many variables and subtleties in how our thoughts govern our bodies and when such a huge mental weight is placed on our minds our bodies react in ways that show it is too heavy. To lighten our mental load means to not only let go our childhood insecurities in this life but also from lives before this. To accept who we are.
