In this episode, UGA mentee Nallely Lepiz Madrigal (BSES '23) and UGA mentor and alumna Samantha Siragusa (BSES '19 & MNR '20) discuss their mentoring relationship, how their passions align, applying to graduate school, and their views on the environment and sustainability industry.
Samantha studied Environmental Economics and Management, Ecology, and Sustainability during her undergraduate collegiate career. In graduate school, she pursued a Master of Natural Resources with an emphasis in Policy & Sustainability. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Sustainability & Conservation Culture Task Force and Environmental Educator at the Georgia Aquarium.
