Music has always been the at the root of many of my biggest inspirational moments. Back in the day I would record myself lip syncing in radio studios before and after my show to pep myself up when times were hard. Lately I've gotten back into that practice and putting the videos on my Instagram and Tiktok. But before people start thinking I've gone mad I thought I would use this episode to explain what this particular song means to me.
