On this episode of ROCK DOWN SOUTH, we had the pleasure of speaking with Sonia Leigh. She is a super talented artist, originally from our backyard here in Atlanta, Georgia. Her career in country music had some massive success early on. She actually wrote “Sweet Annie” for Zac Brown and was one of the first artists on his Southern Ground record label back in the day. She has since experimented with her sound a bit and is currently releasing music that sounds more like alternative rock. She has a brand-new single out called “Thin Ice” and we talk all about the new song as well as her background.
