Before I can teach on the Psalms of David, I must teach about the inexplicable hatred that David endured. I will teach from chapter 5 of my book, Man in the Mirror: Creating a More Authentic Version of You. Imagine the greatest prophet of your generation coming to your home town for a feast and you are the only member of your family that is not invited. That is exactly what David endured in 1 Samuel 16. This test was the stepping stone to his destiny. God will use your pain for His glory.
