It can be challenging to figure out where and how to use your gifts (or even know what they are) for women in the workplace and at home. Kat shares with us what she has learned over the years, not only walking alongside women, but also in the writing of her new book: No Holding Back. Kat Armstrong is a leader, speaker and writer. Her undergraduate degree in business from Texas A&M University and a masters degree from Dallas Theological Seminary have given Kat a platform and foundation for establishing and growing several entrepreneurial endeavors -- including serving as the Executive Director of Polished. Kat and her husband Aaron, the Lead Pastor at Dallas Bible Church, reside in Dallas with their four-year-old son, Caleb.
