Our guest is Kausik Rajgopal - PayPal’s Chief Human Resources Officer.
Kausik is responsible for Paypal’s global workforce planning, talent acquisition and evaluation, compensation, benefits, learning and development, as well as culture, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Prior to joining PayPal, he spent 15 years with McKinsey leading the development of high-performing HR functions for global companies across industries and sectors.
