They recently co-authored the book, "Good Comes First: How Today's Leaders Create an Uncompromising Company Culture that Doesn't Suck." Mark and Chris say company culture was mostly ignored by past generations, but it's important to millennials and Gen Z. If bosses don't create a culture employees value, younger workers will leave, and not think twice about it.
