CHANGE is the only constant that continually occurs throughout the entireties of both our personal and business lives; it is an inevitable and unavoidable fact of life.
As for the changes that occur in our businesses, they're generally easier to predict and to prepare to overcome.
So, why do most real estate agents fear change and do nothing to anticipate future changes and prepare for them? Don't they know that if they don't change they'll be left behind?
