The series starred Adam West as Bruce Wayne/Batman, and Burt Ward as Dick Grayson/Robin. other regulars in the series were: Alan Napier as Alfred Neil Hamilton as Commissioner Gordon Stafford Repp as Chief O'Hara Madge Blake as Harriet Cooper Yvonne Craig as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl There were villains, most of whom were played by actors and actresses that people knew at the time, all were celebrities, to some extent.
