It probably doesn’t surprise you that I have ADHD.
Throughout my life, I have been told things about myself that are not good.
I’m not very organised. I’m often late. I’m messy.
The list goes on.
But my ADHD has taught me that I’m not completely different.
So, join me as I discuss how I came to terms with this and how my ADHD allowed me to let go of a lot of shame.
