Manage episode 377623740 series 3456086
Today, I’m in conversation with Home Chef & Recipe Developer, Sarah of Growing Up Sarita. Sarah is a creative partner of TADIN and we’re so delighted to hear how tea shows up in her kitchen, culture, and the recipes she creates as an extension of both. In this episode, we’re exploring Sarah’s passion for Mexican food and how it evolved into a thriving online community.
First, Sarah shares how she brews her tea, and how she chooses which tea blends to sip on. Then we touch on “Mexican Town,” a neighborhood in Sarah’s current home of Detroit, Michigan, consisting of Mexican restaurants and markets that support the creation of her dishes. Then, we discuss how Sarah shares her Mexican culture with her family, and how that evolved into becoming a home chef in 2020, sharing her recipes with a growing online community. We also discuss the types of ingredients Sarah uses in her recipes, and what keeps her inspired throughout the process.
Be sure to head back to our episode 10 where we mix tea bags, blend flavors, and create the best tea combinations to use for any setting.
