This holiday note is an annual tradition that has become a part of our shared journey in the Evolve Community. This isn't just any message, though—it's a beacon of celebration and reflection, a moment to pause and appreciate the whirlwind of the year we've navigated together. Amidst the flurry of wrapping paper, the scent of spiced cider, and the echoes of carols, I am reminded of the incredible connections we've made, the stories we've told, and the growth we've witnessed within our vibrant community.

This year, inspired by the wisdom of Britt Frank, a remarkable guest on my podcast and author of The Science of Stuck, I find myself contemplating the notion of being 'stuck'—a feeling all too familiar to many of us. Whether it's in our careers, our relationships, or the inner workings of our minds and souls, it seems to be a recurring theme.

But here's the holiday twist: staying 'stuck' isn't where our story ends this year. As we raise our glasses to the year that's been, my holiday wish for you is to embrace the journey of self-awareness and hope. With each small, purposeful step—finding small moments of gratitude, igniting curiosity to understand new perspectives, and striving to move through life with grace and intention—we can all venture towards a future not limited by the past.
