Today's podcast episode is a reminder that we all need: It's OK not to be OK. Your feelings are so important and should not be dismissed. It is unhealthy to disconnect from your feelings and it’s healthy to nurture your feelings.
Psalm 61:2 (NIV) - "From the ends of the earth I call to you. I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
As you read Psalm 61:2, we see this prayer to lead me to the rock that is higher than we are and that is God.
God is our source, strength, and rock. We can lean on God for everything. Go to God in prayer and sometimes the answer to prayer is Therapy.
Take time today to enjoy life.
