Leaders, how often do you take the time to relax and rest? Do you know who you are outside of work?

What is your love language? Have you ever taken a personality test, or temperament analysis just to see and read about your strengths on paper from the questions you answered? When was the last time you took a vacation and if you are married did you have a good time on your date morning or night? Work is necessary and leaders are needed. However, what is your rhythm in life? Balance can often tilt over, but your rhythm is your heartbeat for life day to day. You can have a fast movement or stride at a slow pace. Take the time to find yourself as your serve others.

God is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1)
