Where your focus goes the energy flows.
We are all accustomed to hard time and to struggles and no matter what anyone thinks, those struggles are real and at times have the power to look and feel like giants. Why is that? Because what you fed grows. Where you concentrate your focus, that is where your energy will go and the more energy you give a problem the greater the problem becomes.
God is always aware of you and your circumstances. So as you enter into the presence of God let go of your worries and cares and cling to him.
When hard moments come, seek to reposition your focus. Take it off of the problem and place it on God. By this simple act, you turn the focus from the issue to the person who can fix the issue.
Give attention to what is ripe and in season and it will fill you with the essentials for life and bring you joy, peace, comfort and balance.
