Hey there butthole breathers!

This is part 2 of the symptoms you didn't know were related to your pelvic floor. You may be surprised to learn you don't need surgery after all. Here are some great stories about how symptoms in other parts of your body can be connected to your pelvic floor. It's all about getting to the root cause of your pain here!

In other exciting news, I'll be hosting my first virtual pelvic floor workshop on January 9th. The goal is to restore your pelvic floor with strategies and tips that work. This isn't just about kegels. It's a holistic approach that combines techniques from all over the world to heal your pelvic floor. You don't have to be a mom to take advantage of it. Anyone can develop pelvic floor dysfunction, so let's work together to solve it.

Let's talk about hip and back pain, and obviously you shouldn't pee on yourself.

In a coffee shop, I overheard a conversation that left me stunned. A woman mentioned peeing herself, and her friend dismissed it as a normal part of getting older. Let me tell you, this isn't normal. There are real solutions to pelvic floor issues, and I'm on a mission to spread the word. Obviously, I spoke up and let them know that it wasn't normal and I could help. There's no need to go around "peeing yourself.". You can prevent that problem with the right tools.

Then, I had a patient fly in for hip surgery, and after a thorough assessment, I found that their pelvic floor was to blame. We started noninvasive treatment, and they were already feeling better. Problem solved! Surgery canceled! With a little work and time, the hip was feeling better!

There you have it—pelvic floor issues can be sneaky and surprising. Let's continue the conversation and spread the word
