Leanne discusses the importance of the offboarding process being pleasant for both you and your client. Some of the wonderful points that cover are: It is important to be specific when communicating with clients about the offboarding process. This will help to avoid any confusion or surprises. The client should be given the opportunity to ask questions about the offboarding process. The client should be given all of the information they need to access their account and data after the offboarding process is complete. The client should be asked for a testimonial or referral at the end of the offboarding process. The client should be kept in touch with after the offboarding process is complete. This can be done by sending them emails, connecting with them on social media, or inviting them to events.
