We all have them, the lens through which we see our world is made up of preexisting fixed beliefs. Often times they pop up in places and times we never would have thought about. In this episode, Michael and I take a deeper look into what a fixed belief is, where they show up, and why we need to work on dispelling them. Fixed beliefs can prevent us from growing and connecting with other people. They can get in the way of our relationships and with our self image and they are certainly not easy to redirect and change.
