Angela, an artist and coach, shared her healing journey, from her early experiences in South Africa to her resilience in the face of adversity, including growing up with an alcoholic mother and dealing with multiple losses. She emphasised the importance of self-discovery, embracing new opportunities, and seeking support from others. Angela also offered advice on starting a healing journey after trauma, including reaching out for help and believing in oneself, and both expressed gratitude for their insightful conversation.
