Hey Dads,
If you want free HDTV, then you need to become a cord cutter and get a HDTV Antenna. I have a video on another channel where I make a HDTV antenna using an old piece of wood from a fence and some copper wire, but it is big and ugly. It gets the job done.
If you are looking for something a little more portable, maybe to take with you camping in your RV or tailgating, then this King Omni Go is a great HDTV antenna solution for you. I also have it in the attic of our house so that it can pick up signals for our house TV, but it is really easy to grab if we wanted to bring it with us.
Over the past month, I have been using the Omni Go antenna, and today I ran a test between my homemade HDTV Antenna and my homemade HDTV antenna. In this video I do a scan on my TV to see what channels I am able to pick up on both HDTV antennas.
I love all of the accessories that this antenna comes with. They have some great extra mounts that a lot of other manufacturers don’t give you and I really like how easy it is to set up their tripod for this HDTV Antenna.
