We wanted our new listeners and others who may have missed this one, to have a foundation of what the enneagram is all about in preparation for our FIRST in-person event! We could not be more excited about this happening in Meridian, ID. on September 9th. We talk about more details in the podcast. We hope to meet some of our local listeners at this event and also introduce new people to the enneagram!

What is the Enneagram anyway?
It is a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. It is essentially what motivates you versus your behavior. It has 9 personality types and maps each of these on a diagram.
The original episode is with Collette, Nicole, Kirsten, and enneagram expert Ashton Whitmoyer-Ober. (She has become even more famous since our interview last year thanks to our friend Glennon Doyle!)
-She talks about how to use the enneagram as a TOOL to become a better version of yourself. It can help you realize why you (and others) do things the way that they do. We can use it to grow into who we were created to be and improve realtionships.
