This week’s episode features Kelly Lavallie sharing her journey of well-being and navigating through grief. Kelly is a CPA and a partner at an accounting firm. She’s also an author, content creator, and mother. Her experiences continue to help women like me navigate life authentically!

Let’s face it. No one can ever really prepare you for death or the emotions and changes it will bring to your life. Today, we’re being open about our experiences and exploring how physical health, mental well-being, and having a safe community around you will help you get through difficult times.
