Episode summary: A serial killer is on the loose in Metropolis, and their next victim is a member of Chloe’s new ISIS support group. Clark, frustrated at being ever a step behind over-steps and uses ISIS intel to check up on folks who trusted Chloe to keep them safe. Meanwhile, Davis Bloome grows increasingly alarmed that HE might be the killer during his more frequent black outs.
