Anthony Armstrong
Manage episode 384772333 series 3528761
Today’s guest on Something Like the Offseason is Anthony Armstrong. Anthony played college football at West Texas A&M, then spent time in the Intense Football League and the Arena League before becoming a standout Wide Receiver in the NFL for a number of years. He’s one of the hardest working people you’ll ever come across, and has some incredible perspective and insight from both his playing days and his professional career post-ball that we were lucky enough to have him share with us on the podcast.
During their conversation Anthony answers Micah’s big four questions before breaking down the wild and crazy journey he went on to get from college ball into the league. The two go on to discuss the difficulties of knowing something is over, how to build patience when working with a longer feedback loop, managing stress, and a whole lot more.
