Yass, I'm back!!! In this week's episode of "The St.James Project Podcast," I'm talking about my own personal experience being diagnosed with gallstones. Let me break it down what that means to ya: Gallstones are a small, hard crystalline mass formed abnormally in the gallbladder or bile ducts from bile pigments, cholesterol, and calcium salts that can cause severe pain and blockage of the bile duct. If left untreated it can increase the risk of gallbladder cancer. As always you can research this information via Google. (Knowledge is Power ✊🏾)
