This time of year has ancient roots of rejoicing, feasting and being together. So many modern holiday (meaning “holy day'') traditions are based in pagan or nature-centered spirituality and they are beautiful to acknowledge and celebrate. This is the special time of year where we can really “lean in” to the divine feminine, the warm and nurturing things that bring us hope for the future. It’s a wonderful time of year to carve out time for ourselves to be still, introspective and grateful.
