Hello and welcome to Take Your Time, a Persona podcast in which hosts Jonathon Dornbush and Tom Marks are playing through Persona 3 Reload week by week along with the in-game calendar. On episode 18 of the Persona 3 Reload playthrough this season, the hosts cover the events of August 10-17. The slightly longer week allows us to fully cover our summer school learnings, the summer festival, a surprising Dark Hour encounter, and so much more!

To help get us back on track, Tom and Jonathon dig into an oddly longer yet abbreviated week in the world of P3R. We speed through our studies with Edogawa (though, for the sake of Tom's pop quiz, we hope you were paying attention), as we dig into the arcana and more.

There's thankfully a bit more to talk about in this week of Persona 3 Reload though, as the duo digs into some of the free time and unexpected activities of the week, too. Yes, while we do have a doctor's visit later in the week, we also get a chance to dissect an unexpected encounter with Takaya in the Dark Hour. Tom offers some thoughts from a first timer on why this scene was so exciting to experience, and Jonathon does his best not to spoil anything important. The hosts also offer their differing experiences at the summer festival, take Koromaru for some walks, and more.

And, folks, you'll never believe it. Yes, it's Miyamoto's time to shine, as Jonathon and Tom finally stop putting off their next complete P3R Social Link. They break down what they thought of his storyline, how it compared to them for Kenji's, and more.

We've also got time this week to dig into some thoughtful questions from the Take Your Time audience, Tom offers another pop quiz, and Jonathon can't seem to stop knocking things over on his desk.
