Matt Stone, writer of "McQueen's Motorcycles...Riding and Racing with the King of Cool, joins us LIVE for this edition of Talking Motorcycles to discuss the life and times of Steve McQueen. Following the successful 2007 release of "McQueen's Machines", Matt always felt there was more about the famous Hollywood star to be discussed. This beautiful table top book published by Motorbooks, is a complete history of Steve McQueen and his life as an actor and motorcyclist. This show is one of our continueing series of AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame inductees. It would be fabulous to have had the chance to talk to McQueen about his love of motorcycling, however, having Matt Stone on is the closest we will ever get to that. AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer, Mert Lawill, offers his memory of a time when McQueen changed Lawill's life with his guidance and generousity.
