These are just a few ideas to get you going. You can find many more spreads or ideas online to supplement and build your practice.
No matter what yours looks like, we recommend you keep a notebook or journal of your records. Use it to recognize patterns or see how your philosophies change over time. Composition notebooks are cheap and are a great place to start for those adverse to writing things down.
