Signature Series #3 “Learning to Lead”

This episode is focused on developing yourself through counseling. We will discuss preparing yourself for development and running your program.

This conversation intends to spark thoughts and ideas as you develop what works best for you. You must own this program for your team, and use a style and format that you are most comfortable with. We will give some examples of what’s worked in the past and advice on implementing systems.

This conversation is with Captain Bailey Concannon, who demonstrates what right looks like in developing Soldiers and leaders.
