It’s a huge issue that hurts not only the individual but also their community and the business/employer they are a part of.

In this episode, we speak to Madeline Hill, the General Manager of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Randstad Australia. Madeline shares the latest research from the Randstad Workmonitor Pulse survey, which surveyed more than 2000 LGBTIQA+ individuals to find some concerning stats.

She shares how the research and ways that both employers and employees can curb this issue and bring about change, instead of being tokenistic, which is what 39% of the surveyed individuals said about their employer's support of Pride Month.
