In this week's Quick Tip, we're talking about how we can simplify our strategy to focus on the most impactful activities that will move us toward our goals. To do that, we first have to understand the difference between the day-to-day tasks (tactics) and the overarching plan (strategy.)
Keep in mind, you don't have to start from scratch. That's why we reviewed the past year first. Refining past strategies for the upcoming year can be just as impactful, if not more so.
