Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. Ted is originally from Youngstown, Ohio and was born into a musical family. His father Daniel Pecchio was the bassist for Glass Harp (a rock band based in Ohio that had gained success opening up for groups such as Alice Cooper, Chicago, Yes, Grand Funk Railroad and ore..) and also The Michael Stanley Band.
On this episode of The Bass Shed Podcast, Ted speaks from the heart about his time working with Colonel Bruce Hampton, his personal philosophies regarding being in the moment while performing and more.
