Raynisha, a server at Colo’s, or self proclaimed Front of House Manager, shares all about the amazing soul food that the family owned restaurant serves up at 2326 Del Paso Blvd. She tells us all about the menu (her favorite is the Oxtail), the specialty desserts, customized Mimosa’s, and they even have vegetarian options too!
