Juggling a million tasks, striving to ensure everything runs smoothly. Constantly worrying if everyone around us is okay. As moms, it’s a heavy burden we carry.

The relentless pressure to bear the responsibility for everyone's happiness and well-being is well…exhausting. Does being a mom and a woman mean maintaining control, fixing every problem, keeping everyone happy? No…and the sooner we release ourselves from the pressure, the easier everything gets.

What’s the one skill moms have a hard time learning but can have the most valuable pay-off? How do we not fall back into the norm of what we’re used to?

In this episode I talk about not taking on the burden of making sure everyone and everything is okay, why moms have a hard time figuring it out and how we can do less while contributing more.
