Chad kicks off the program by talking about Daniel Penny's case, a veteran and college student, who prevented a maniac from hurting or killing others on a subway. The man was screaming and threatening fellow passengers before Penny stepped in and wrestled the man to the ground where he ended up dying from Penny's chokehold. Penny is now facing charges of manslaughter and negligent homicide with a potential punishment of years in prison.
Is this the world you want to live in? A world where good Samaritans are imprisoned for protecting others, and Hunter Biden is pardoned by his father despite his multiple felonies, including gun charges, tax crimes, and sex with a minor. This isn't to say the Penny was necessarily entirely in the right, but how can anyone accept these charges for Penny's actions while lawlessness is the rule not the exception in America today.
