Frankie set up Harmony at Home, a specialist nanny recruitment agency, twenty years ago. She has grown it to the point that the agency has sixteen franchisees all over the country providing services desperately needed by parents.
Frankie was nominated by her team in the Best Boss category at the 2023 Best Businesswomen Awards and got a well-deserved Silver Award. She has also won many other awards including best UK Nanny Agency at the UK Nanny Awards and being included among the Elite 100 franchise agencies in the UK for the last three years.
