Are you an overthinker like me? Then you know first-hand that overthinking can add to frustration, which then causes you to interfere with your own success. So let’s get to it – let me show you 3 easy ways that you can break free from this unhealthy pattern so that you can start taking some confident action steps towards your goals.

Step 1: Recognize the Pattern
The first step to overcoming overthinking is to recognize when you're doing it.
Step 2: Set a Time Limit
Give yourself a designated time to think through a decision or problem, and once that time is up, make a choice and take action.
Step 3: Focus on Solutions
Instead of dwelling on potential problems or worst-case scenarios, shift your focus to finding solutions. Ask yourself, "What's the next step I can take to move forward?"
