Group Members: Thomas Epps, Anthony Carter, Cecilia Dennis and Ryan Canty

About National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day:
The first National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (#NBHAAD) was marked in 1999 as a grassroots-education effort to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS prevention, care, and treatment in Black communities.
This observance is an opportunity to increase HIV education, testing, community involvement, and treatment among Black communities.
About the Narrative Justice Leadership Lab:
The CNP Narrative Justice Leadership Lab is comprised of leaders interested in shifting the narrative for our community. Lab participants were expected to produce a podcast episode in honor of National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on February 7, 2023.
