Jen coles is an incredible woman that found out she had MS at a very young age. She realized that not only were her lifestyle choices making her sick but her internal chaos from childhood trauma. Fed off with the current state of her health and life she decided she needed to heal herself. She got into breath-work and realized that was medicine not only to her nervous system but her soul.
