Tyler discusses his life and career journey from the tiny Village of Dansville, Michigan to his first job in sports working for his alma mater Central Michigan University, to his time as the GM of his hometown team - the Lansing Lugnuts - to ultimately getting the call to lead the Durham Bulls.
