On Vancouver Island, BC, there is a small, beautiful place known as Duncan or as many locals call it, the City of Totems. Duncan is peaceful and doesn't carry the burden of much wrongdoing or tragedy amongst it's fellow residents. One of those tragedies would be the harrowing night of November 29th, 1980, where a great and violent storm would uproot the serene perspectives that the people had on their beloved city. With winds howling like a wolf and lightning as if it had been thrown by Zeus himself, the storm would put on a song and dance the likes of which was never seen before. It would be a tragic hymn that would forever be played in their minds. But perhaps the most unforgettable aspect of that fearful night, was the disappearance of an incredible young man known as Granger Taylor. Granger was a savant when it came to mechanics and he wowed his fellow townsfolk over and over with both his restorations and creations. Everyone loved Mr. Taylor. He was bright, ambitious, perseverant, and loved to help others evolve and become their better selves. In his final months, Granger had become infatuated with the idea of extraterrestrials and U.F.O.s. He was fascinated with the concept so much that he even received a message, telepathically, one day by these intergalactic beings. The message that Taylor had acquired was enigmatic to everyone else but him. He could not disclose it's contents as it was meant to be understood by his mind and his mind only. Granger Taylor could only give one detail; the aliens will arrive one day during a storm to take him with them on a voyage throughout space and time...and so, it allegedly happened.
