For many Christians (especially Western, Evangelical ones...) the idea of Hell as a place of eternal conscious torment that everyone who doesn't give their life to Jesus is destined for is pretty central. We often go so far as to try to "scare the hell out" of people in order to get them to "turn or burn." But what does the Bible actually say about hell?
