It’s called the self coaching model and it was created and popularized by Brooke Castillo of the Life Coach School.
It is so simple and also so powerful.
The results people consistently create with it are what convinced me to get certified in this tool specifically.
Essentially the model is a simple way to break down the elements of everything in your life and work into a simple, understandable, solvable format.
