Time to release the old leaves 🍃 as we prepare for the winds of change to take hold and integrate. Join me for 25 mins and allow me to hold space for you to relax and heal. To release what is no longer serving you. To burn the old away to make space for the new to grow. I take you through the pyramid of protection, a chakra balance, grounding and clearing of the old and we finish with setting new intentions for the future with a little bit of shamanic soul retrieval thrown in.
