On this episode we explore the fourth chakra, that of the Heart.
The emerald Heart Chakra connects us to the energies of the Soul. It is here that a developed personality can surrender itself to the influence of the Soul.
This chakra opens us up to Unconditional Love and Group Consciousness. Working with the energies of this centre, we can experience the all-encompassing love that lies deep within our spiritual essence and carry it out in our daily lives.
Remember that being forever giving, forgiving, loving and kind means that we also need to develop our sense of self and boundaries. Only then can we truly open up, safe and strong in carrying out our Soul’s will.
