The JSE Insider: A section for JSE to share happenings and updates

FESCO IPO

Future Energy Source Company Limited (FESCO) has registered with the Financial Services Commission ( FSC) a prospectus inviting subscription of 300,000,000 newly issued Ordinary Shares priced at $0.80 each and sale of 200,000,000 existing Ordinary Shares by the Selling Shareholders priced at $0.80 each. The offer opened on March 31 and was scheduled to close on April 9. The prospectus is also available on the JSE website.
